防府市との境に近いところにある長沢池。満水面積は約３０万平方メートルと広大です。長沢池は、江戸時代の代官東条九郎右衛門によって造られた農業用のため池です。この右に写っている石碑がその功績をたたえる石碑です。
池の中に鳥居が沈んでいるのが見えます。
